What is Smart Courier Allocation?
Smart Courier Allocation refers to the auto allocation of courier partners based on their performance to specific regions or pin codes. Our recommendation engine is trained on data points collected for 10M+ shipments. Swift analyzes courier performance based on multiple touchpoints like average delivery time, successful delivery rate, RTO percentage, and others to allocate the best shipments for your shipment.
How does the custom pricing plan work?
Based on the requirement, we custom-develop features and the rate card for your account. However, this is available only for high-volume shippers i.e. anyone shipping more than 5,000 shipments a month.

How to integrate your sales channel with ISNAP?
ISNAP allows single-click integration with sales channels. To integrate your Shopify website login to your account, from the sidebar > settings > channels and select your sales channel.
Does ISNAP allow COD shipments?
Yes, ISNAP allows COD shipments. Swift also gives you access to verify COD orders, early COD remittance, and provision to convert COD orders to prepaid.
How is the weight dispute handled?
We at ISNAP rarely add weight discrepancies for the shipments, still if in any case weight dispute arises there is a dedicated tab for handling weight discrepancies on the ISNAP dashboard. You canlog in to your account and go to discrepancies from the sidebar to check the status of weight disputes.
Can I negotiate the shipping rates?
Everyone is onboarded on the standard rate card. However, if you ship more than 5000 shipments a month, you are eligible for a freight discount. To avail of this discount, you can contact your Key Account manager.
